Opening the „Telecommunications Forum TELFOR 2017“, dr Vladica Tintor, director of RATEL pointed out: „TELFOR is a traditional scientific conference with an important influence on the entire region. As a regulatory authority, we hosted, during last few months, a number of international conferences, European regulators’ WGs operating in the area of electronic communications and postal services, including a WG for equipment certification. In addition to having an observer status in all these European associations, we are also recognized as a serious partner in the domain of electronic and information services.“
At this year’s event, over 250 papers (more than half of which authored by foreign experts) with research and scientific results, new ideas and useful experienced conclusions will be presented. RATEL will present its projects in the area of wireless electronic communications monitoring and management: Electronic licenses, Construction of RF spectrum monitoring system, System for continuous measurement of electromagnetic field, Benchmarking analysis of mobile telephony operators’ networks.
Conference organizers are: Telecommunications Society – DT Belgrade, Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade and IEEE Serbia and Montenegro COM Chapter.
