Upon the request of the line Ministry and/or the Agency, the postal operators and the Agency are obliged to deliver information regarding the provision of postal services within the set deadlines.

The Agency monitors the postal sector development, gathers information, establishes and maintains a database relevant to the area of postal services and publishes data regularly.
