The functioning of the amateur radio service has been described in the Rulebook on the manner of use of amateur radio stations. The amateur radio service operates with the purpose of improving personal skills, communication and technical research carried out by amateurs, i.e. adequately authorized persons interested in radio technology, exclusively out of personal reasons and without financial gain.
