As of March 1, 2022, telecommunications company Telenor will continue its business activities under the name Yettel LLC Belgrade. The change is part of a wider rebranding initiative in Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia, the three countries where the PPF’s Telenor-branded businesses operate.

All other company information and data, including tax identification number, company number and all bank account numbers remain the same. The change of the operator’s name will in no way adversely affect the status of current user agreements and business partners contracts, while the formal name changing process will be duly tracked in all relevant registries kept by RATEL.

Telenor has been present in the Serbian telecommunications market since 2006, when it acquired operator Mobi 63, and has operated as part of PPF Group since 2018.
