The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, at the proposal of RATEL, adopted the Rulebook on the manner and procedure of conducting expert supervision in electronic communications ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 84/24 of October 23, 2024) which entered into force on October 31, 2024, and will be applicable as of January 1, 2025. This Rulebook stipulates the manner and procedure of conducting expert supervision in the area of electronic communications, as well as other questions regarding expert supervision in electronic communications.
