On November 29, 2016, the 34th Symposium on Novel Technologies in Postal and Telecommunications Traffic, PosTel 2016 was opened at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering of the Belgrade University.

The Syposium was opened by the Chair of RATEL’s Managing Board, Mr Dragan Kovačević, who reminded that the Republic of Serbia is now at the point where the adoption of new laws on electronic communications and postal services is expected, that will match the challenges of the new technologies development and application, introduction of new services, changes in the market and harmonization with the appropriate EU regulations.

During the Symposium, RATEL’s Director, dr Vladica Tintor and Dean of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Prof. dr Nebojša Bojović signed an Agreement on business and tecnical cooperation between the two institutions.
