On September 18, 2021, the Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on establishment of fees for the provision of services within competence of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2021 of September 10, 2021) went into force.

Pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 1, item 1), Article 23, paragraph 1, Article 29, paragraph 1.1, item 4) and Article 33 of the Law on Electronic Communications („Official Gazette of RS”, Nos. 44/10, 60/13 – CC, 62/14 and 95/18 – other law), and in connection to the Law on Budgetary System („Official Gazette of RS”, Nos. 54/09, 73/10, 101/10, 101/11, 93/12, 62/13, 63/13 – corr, 108/13, 142/14, 68/15 – other law, 103/15, 99/16, 113/17, 95/18, 31/19, 72/19 and 149/20), Articles 2, 4 and 6 of the Rulebook on the methodology and manner of establishment of costs of public service provision („Official Gazette of RS”, Nos. 14/13, 25/13 – corr. and 99/13), Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1) and Article 16, item 4) of the Statute of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services („Official Gazette of RS”, Nos. 125/14 and 30/16), with approval of the Ministry of Finance 08 No. 110-00-278/2021 of July 27, 2021, the Managing Board of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, at its fifth sitting of the fourth convocation, held on August 31, 2021, adopted the Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on establishment of fees for the provision of services within competence of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, prescribing that within the table, in the raw “Satellite”, following the item 15) g) mobile satellite service terminals, item 15) d) CGC (Complementary Ground Component) mobile satellite service radio station shall be added, with a fee amounting to 450,000.00 RSD.
