Rulebook on changes to the Rulebook on the establishment of frequency/location Allotment Plan for terrestrial analogue FM broadcasting stations for the territory of the Republic of Serbia goes into force
On August 13, 2020, the Rulebook on changes to the Rulebook on the establishment of frequency/location Allotment Plan for terrestrial analogue FM broadcasting stations for the territory of the Republic of Serbia went into force (“Official Gazette of RS", No.105/20 of August 5, 2020).
The radio-frequency allotment plan contains requirements for the allotment of radio frequencies from the allocated radio frequency bands, allotment of radio frequencies by location or region for one or more radio communication services and industries, as well as other technical requirements related to the RF usage.
Pursuant to Article 84, paragraph 3 of the Law on Electronic Communications („Official Gazette of RS”, Nos. 44/10, 60/13 - CC, 62/14 and 95/18 – other legislation), based on the proposal prepared by RATEL, the Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications passed the Rulebook on changes to the Rulebook on the establishment of frequency/location Allotment Plan for terrestrial analogue FM broadcasting stations for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
