Tthe Rulebook on the harmonization of fees for the provision of services within the competence of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (hereinafter: Rulebook), which came into force on October 20, 2022 and governs the harmonization of fees set forth in the Rulebook on Fee Calculation for the Provision of Services within the Competence of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services („Official Gazette of RSˮ, Nos. 34/13, 92/20 and 87/21) with the retail price index in the Republic of Serbia as prescribed by Article 7 of the Rulebook on the Methodology and manner of setting costs of public service provision („Official Gazette of RS”, Nos. 14/13, 25/13 – corr. and 99/13, hereinafter: Rulebook on the Methodology), was published in the „Official Gazette of RS“, No. 112/22.

Taking into account that the Rulebook, governing the fees in RSD harmonized with the retail price index in the Republic of Serbia over the 12 previous months, according to the data of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, was published in the „Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia“ before October 31, 2022, it shall be applied as of January 1, 2023, in line with the provisions of Article 11 of the Rulebook on the Methodology.
