On October 31, 2020, the Rulebook on the obligations of value-added service operators („Official Gazette of RS“ No. 126/20 of October 23, 2020) went into force, defining more closely the obligations of the operators providing value-added services with regard to the publishing of detailed service description and price information in all its integral parts, advertising of services, manner of accounting and charging for services, manner of personal data processing, processing of traffic and location data, control of prohibited contents, resolution of complaints and protection of users’ rights.
