On June 1, 2021, the Rulebook stipulating the Radio Frequency Allotment Plan in the frequency band 694-790 MHz („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 52/21 of May 24, 2021) will go into force.

The Radio Frequency Allotment Plan contains general, technical and regulatory requirements for the allocation of radio frequencies in the above radio frequency band.

Pursuant to Article 84, paragraph 3 of the Law on Electronic Communications („Official Gazette of RS“, Nos. 44/10, 60/13 - CC, 62/14 and 95/18 – other law), based on a proposal prepared by RATEL, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications adopted the Rulebook stipulating the Radio Frequency Allotment Plan in the frequency band 694-790 MHz.
