At the sitting held on July 24, 2024, members of the Assembly Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications deliberated over the Activity Report of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) for 2023. The meeting was chaired by the Committee Chair Uglješa Marković and the Report was presented to the Members of Parliament by the Director of RATEL, Dragan Pejović.

After the explanation of undertaken activities in the reported period, within the scope of legally defined competencies of RATEL, in accordance with Article 237, paragraph 4 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee made a Draft conclusion accepting the Activity Report of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services for 2023, forwarding it to the National Assembly for further consideration and decision making.
