The Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services is hosting meetings of two expert WGs of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP), from September 19th through 21st.

The End user satisfaction and monitoring of market outcomes WG is preparing Report on the main European postal market monitoring indicators and Report on the quality of service, user protection and treatment of complaints.

The agenda for the Cost allocation and price regulation WG, which is also gathering in Belgrade, is about the costs of access to postal network and services.

RATEL has participated in the work of ERGP since 2012, when the Republic of Serbia became a candidate country for European Union membership.
