Dr Vladica Tintor, director of RATEL, met with Selamettin Ermis, Deputy President of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority of Turkey (ICTA) and presented RATEL’s work and current activities. The meeting agenda included future models of cooperation within the frame of the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of electronic communications, signed by the two NRAs in 2013. Other topics of discussion were number portability, spectrum control and management and safety on the Internet. In the following period, the cooperation between the two regulators will focus on the exchange of experience in the domain of electronic communications.
