In order to stimulate competition, cost-effectiveness and efficiency of mobile communications and to promote constant enhancement of mobile network QoS and to provide reliable and impartial information to the users regarding the quality of the mobile communication networks, RATEL has carried out the first comprehensive measurement of QoS parameters and benchmarking of mobile networks of the following operators: Telekom Srbija, Telenor and Vip mobile, which are available to the users in the Republic of Serbia,

Mobile network benchmarking was performed in September and October 2017 and it included the measurement of 2G/3G/4G radio parameters and voice and data transmission key performance indicators (KPI).
