The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its prescribed competencies and deadlines, adopted the Rulebook on form and manner of issuing authorized expert supervisor ID in electronic communications  ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/24 of November 1, 2024) that entered into force on November  9, 2024, stipulating the form and manner of issuing an authorized expert supervisor ID in the area of electronic communications.

At RATEL’s proposal, the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications adopted the Rulebook on access to emergency services ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/24 of November 1, 2024) that entered into force on November  9, 2024. This rulebook stipulates access to emergency services consisting primarily of: interpersonal communications service based on the use of numbering, enabling access to emergency services, in accordance with capabilities and technical features of emergency communication reception points, quality parameters of the tools intended for emergency service access, as well as other relevant requirements for access to emergency services.
