The purpose of the Protocol is to establish and develop cooperation and activity coordination between the Ministry and RATEL in the field of incident data exchange, for incidents with potential harmful effect on the information security of ICT systems of special importance in the Republic of Serbia, as well as for other incidents reported to the Ministry and RATEL.

Both institutions shall be obliged to forward and exchange, without delay, information on incidents, their implications and undertaken activities in accordance with the authority provided for under the Law on Information Security.

The exchange of information will be carried out via an incident report application of the Ministry, as well as by other appropriate means.
