On January 7, 2021, the Rulebook on access to the public postal operator’s postal network („Official Gazette of RS“ No. 159/20 of December 30, 2020) went into force, defining more closely the access to the public postal operator’s postal network, to be provided by the public postal provider to other postal operators and consolidators, under transparent and non-discriminatory conditions, known in advance.
