Special CERT registration

Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications adopted the Rulebook on Close Details for the Registration in the Registry of Special Centres for Prevention of Safety Risks in Information and Communication Systems (Special CERTs). Pursuant to the Law on Information Security, this Rulebook stipulates in more detail the prescribed requirements for registration in the Registry. The Registry is kept by the National Center for Prevention of Safety Risks in ICT systems (National CERT), i.e. Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, responsible for the tasks of National CERT.

Special Centre for Prevention of Safety Risks in ICT Systems (Special CERT) is able to perform tasks of prevention and protection from safety risks in ICT systems within a legal person or a group of legal persons, field of operation and other. Entities wishing to apply for registration as Special CERT in the Registry, can do so as of March 2, 2017.
