Continuing their visits to postal operators, Agency representatives paid visit to AKS EXPRESS KURIR DOO postal operator form Šabac.

RATEL representatives reminded that Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services wishes to be present with operators, not only in regulatory activities, but also in providing expert assistance in the aim of increasing competition and legality on the postal market.

AKS management pointed out problems they encounter in their work: unfair competition and price dumping on the postal market, penalties pronounced by relevant inspections for the content of the items, which cannot be infuenced by operators.

Agency representatives announced that the new Law on Postal Services was expected to introduce new competencies of RATEL, such as expert monitoring, which would enable Agency to be more efficient in solving the current problems on the postal market.
