RATEL’s expert services have identified an increased number of dislocated broadcasting transmitters, not allowed by the Agency. This means that radio frequencies in these locations are being used without previously acquired individual licenses for radio frequency usage.

All radio frequency users are therefore warned that the Agency will not tolerate such behaviour and will apply all available measures in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications, in cases where irregularities are found.
