The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its prescribed competencies and deadlines, adopted the Rulebook on the manner of publishing data on electronic communication network (ECN) interfaces at network termination points ("Official Gazette of RS”, No. 50/2024 of June 7, 2024), that entered into force on June 15, 2024. This rulebook regulates the manner of publishing data on ECN interfaces at network termination points, i.e. the types of ECN interface technical specifications that are to be published, description of ECN interface technical specifications, obligation to publish the ECN interface data, drafting of ECN interface technical specifications, manner and deadlines of publishing ECN interface technical specifications, as well as the network termination point location.
