Based on Articles 36, 37 and 105 of the Law on Electronic Communications („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 35/23), for the purpose of electronic communications market regulation, effective management of radio frequency spectrum in accordance with the principles of objectivity, transparency, competition, non-discrimination and proportionality, all parties interested in using radio frequency spectrum in the radio frequency bands 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2100 MHz are invited to submit expression of interest to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services – RATEL, by August 17, 2024 at the latest.
