Transmission time results for non-recorded letter-post items in national postal traffic for 2023

In accordance with a requirement prescribed in Article 15 of the Law on Postal Services, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) sets with more detail the quality parameters to be achieved by postal operators during the provision of postal services.

Based on Article 20 of the Rulebook on quality parameters for performing postal services, RATEL carries out an independent screening of letter-post items transmission times by hiring an independent organization which performs the measurement in line with the provisions of this Rulebook and applicable standards. This means that the screening is carried out in accordance with the Rulebook and Technical characteristics set by RATEL, with reports on achieved results being made on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
