RATEL maintains an up-to-date database on the use of the radio frequency spectrum, which in particular contains: data on assigned radio frequencies and radio frequency bands, with corresponding data on the requirements for assignment and use, the geographical area of ​​their use, as well as data on individual license holders and other users of the radio frequency spectrum.

The database is available on the RATEL website in three separate registers: Database on the use of the radio frequency spectrum, Database on the use of the broadcasting spectrum and Database on the use of the amateur radio spectrum (under development).

A record of applications for logging the use of radio frequency bands that are used under the general authorization regime (2400-2483.5 MHz, 5470-5725 MHz, 5725-5875 MHz, 72-76/82-86 GHz and 27 MHz) is also kept, which is available in the register: Records of applications for logging the use of radio frequencies.

The regulator maintains a database related to radio frequency spectrum monitoring and technical inspections.
