The radio frequency spectrum in the range of 174-230 MHz, in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications, is used based on an individual license for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, issued on the basis of a public procurement procedure.

The individual license holder is obliged to obtain individual licenses for each radio station in the network, which are issued upon request, in accordance with Article 104 of the Law on Electronic Communications.

The request for the issuance of an individual license must be in accordance with the conditions for the allocation, assignment and use of the associated radio frequencies from the relevant Allotment plan.
