In the Republic of Serbia, RATEL issued individual licenses for the provision of public mobile electronic communications services on a technologically neutral basis, based on public bidding, for three operators: Telekom Srbija JSC, Belgrade, Yettel LLC, Belgrade and A1 Srbija LLC, Belgrade, for the frequency bands 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2100 MHz. Licenses were also issued for two virtual mobile operators: Globaltel and Mundio Mobile LLC. See more
