Use of radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime
Ratel / Electronic Communications / Radio frequency spectrum / Radio frequency spectrum use / Use of radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime

If the risk of interference is negligeable or the radio frequency bands in question are coordinated, radio frequencies are used under the general authorization regime.
Any applicant is entitled to use the radio frequency spectrum used under general authorization regime according to the allocation plan. RATEL regulates in more detail the conditions for the assignment and use of the radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime (Rulebook on the terms and conditions for the allocation and use of the radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime). Radio frequency bands used under general authorization regime, in addition to having to operate in accordance with the Rulebook on the manner of radio frequency usage under the general authorization regime, are also subject to the obligation to register certain types of radio stations.
