Fixed satellite links
Ratel / Electronic Communications / Radio frequency spectrum / Radio-communications / Satellite radio communications / Fixed satellite links

Fixed satellite links are radio links between terrestrial stations at certain fixed locations, established using one or more satellites.
The fixed satellite service also includes connecting links for other space services.
The fixed satellite service frequency bands are defined in the Allocation plan. The radio frequency spectrum in the bands allocated to fixed satellite service is used on the basis of an individual license for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, which is issued upon request or under general authorization regime, as stipulated in the column "Manner of issuing licenses" of the Allocation Plan.
