The use of frequencies for VHF-FM radio in the frequency range 87.5-108 MHz is in accordance with the relevant allotment plan – the Rulebook on establishing the Allotment Plan for radio frequencies/locations for terrestrial analogue FM broadcasting stations for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Based on the decision of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media on the assignment of frequencies/locations for a radio media service provider that has been granted a license to broadcast radio media services in a completed public tender, the Regulator issues an individual license for the use of the radio frequency spectrum at the request of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications.
