Short-Range Devices use the radio frequency spectrum under the general authorization regime, pursuant to the Allocation plan, along with other radio services, and are not allowed to cause harmful interferences to any other radio service or to request protection against harmful interferences from any radio service operating in accordance with the Allocation plan.
For the SRDs operating pursuant to the Rulebook on the requirements for the issuance and use of radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime, individual licenses for the use of radio frequency spectrum are not issued.
For specific SRDs, registering based on user application is performed and the records thereof are available in the Register of radio stations in radio frequency bands used under general authorization regime.
