CEPT and HAREC

A radio amateur who holds an amateur radio license for Class A radio amateurs may, in accordance with CEPT (European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations) Recommendation T/R 61-01, submit an application to RATEL for a SERT amateur radio license.
A SERT amateur radio license is issued by RATEL and contains the following information:
· SERT amateur radio license in the title;
· a statement according to which the CEPT license holder is authorized to use an amateur radio station, in line with CEPT Recommendation T/R 61-01, in the countries in which it is applied;
· name and residence address of the CEPT license holder;
· call sign;
· period of validity of the CEPT license;
· name of the authority issuing the CEPT license;
A radio amateur holder of a radio amateur license for class A radio amateurs may, in accordance with CEPT Recommendation T/R 61-02, submit a request to RATEL for a HAREC certificate (Harmonised Amateur Radio Examination Certificate - HAREC).
For the issuance of a CEPT radio amateur license and HAREC certificate, proof of payment of the fee (payment instructions) is submitted.
