Amateur radio service
The amateur radio service operates with the purpose of improving personal skills, communication and technical research carried out by radio amateurs, i.e. adequately authorized persons interested in radio technology, exclusively for personal reasons and without financial gain.
Radiodetermination service
The radiodetermination service is a radio service for the purpose of radiodetermination and includes the radiolocation and radio navigation services.
The frequency bands allocated to the radiolocation and radio navigation services are defined in the Allocation Plan. The radio frequency spectrum in the bands allocated to the radiolocation and radio navigation services is used on a primary basis for specific purposes or based on an individual license for the use of radio frequency spectrum, issued upon request, as defined in the column "Manner of issuing licenses" of the Allocation Plan.
