RECORDING OF RADIO STATIONS IN THE RADIO FREQUENCY BANDS USED UNDER GENERAL AUTHORIZATION REGIME
The following radio frequency bands used under the general authorization regime must be recorded for the use of radio frequency spectrum:
· 2400-2483.5 MHz,
· 5470-5725 MHz,
· 5725-5875 MHz,
· 59.4-71 GHz,
· 72-76/82-86 GHz and
· 27 MHz za CB radio stations.
The conditions required for the use of the above radio frequency bands are defined in the Rulebook on the requirements for the issuance and use of radio frequency spectrum under general authorization regime
The records of applications are available in the Register of radio stations in radio frequency bands used under general authorization regime.
RECORDING OF RADIO STATIONS IN THE PUBLIC MOBILE/FIXED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
The holder of an individual license issued on the basis of a public tender procedure, in accordance with Article 105, paragraph 12 of the Law, is obliged to register each radio station in the public mobile and/or fixed electronic communications network.
A radio station in a public mobile and/or fixed electronic network, for which there is an obligation to register, is uniquely determined by its location, the azimuth of maximum radiation of the transmitting antenna (in the case of a 5G "multibeam" antenna, the physical azimuth is taken), the radio frequency band within which the signal is transmitted/received, the technology used, as well as other parameters.
The request for registration of radio stations in the public mobile and/or fixed electronic communications network is submitted on the ERS Form, along with data for the radio stations to be registered, in the predefined form of the Table of parameters for radio stations to be registered.
The manner, conditions and procedure of recording radio stations are regulated in more detail by the Rulebook on the requirements for assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum.
RECORDS OF REGISTERED RADIO STATIONS
The Regulator keeps on its website the Records of registered radio stations under the general authorization regime and the Records of registered radio stations in the public mobile/fixed electronic communications network, along with publicly available data on registered radio stations.
