The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within the prescribed competences and deadlines, has adopted the Rulebook on Accounting and Structural Separation with regard to the provision of public electronic communications networks and/or services by business entities granted special or exclusive rights to provide services in other areas of the economy in the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 103 of 24 December 2024), which entered into force on 1 January 2025. The aforementioned Rulebook regulates in more detail the rules and requirements relating to accounting and structural unbundling with regard to the provision of public electronic communications networks and/or services by business entities granted special or exclusive rights to provide services in other areas of the economy in the Republic of Serbia, stipulating the conditions and procedures for determining accounting and structural separation.
