The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within the prescribed competences and deadlines, adopted the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of changing the provider of Internet access services and obligations related to open Internet access ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 99 of 13 December 2024), which entered into force on 21 December 2024 and which shall apply from 1 July 2025, stipulating in more detail the conditions and manner of changing the operator of Internet access services that provide the service over the same type of electronic communications network and the amount of the fee in the event of exceeding the deadlines for changing the provider of Internet access services, as well as the obligations of all providers of Internet access services related to open Internet access.
