At the proposal of RATEL, the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications adopted the Rulebook on Radio Equipment Classes ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 96 of 5 December 2024) which entered into force on 13 December 2024 and which prescribes the requirements relating to the classes of radio equipment and the specifications of their radio interfaces.
