On 1 March 2025, the obligation to register radio stations in the public mobile electronic communications network came into force for holders of individual licenses issued on the basis of a public tender procedure for three operators: Telekom Srbija Telecommunications Company JSC, Belgrade, Yettel LLC, Belgrade and A1 Srbija LLC, Belgrade. The aforementioned obligation is prescribed by the Law on Electronic Communications ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 35/23) under Article 105, paragraph 12, while the registration manner, requirements and procedure are regulated in more detail by the Rulebook on the conditions for the assignment and use of the radio frequency spectrum ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 91/24).

All three operators submitted a proper request for registration of radio stations, with information on active radio stations in the network, based on which the Register of Recorded Radio Stations in the Public Mobile Electronic Communications Network was formed.

The Register allows all interested parties to review the operators' active radio stations along with information on their location, radio frequency band and applied technology. Operators are obliged to submit monthly data on active radio stations in the previous month, on the basis of which the Register will be updated.
