Holders of amateur radio licenses issued by the Republic Telecommunications Agency, based on the Rulebook on the conditions for the operation of amateur radio stations ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", Nos. 6/07 and 20/09), which do not specify the validity period of the amateur radio license, are invited to submit a request for the issuance of an amateur radio license, in accordance with the Rulebook on the use of radio stations by radio amateurs ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 82/24), to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL), at the address Palmotićeva 2, Belgrade or by e-mail: pisarnica@ratel.rs, by December 31, 2025.

Amateur radio licenses for which a request for issuance – renewal is not submitted by December 31, 2025 will be considered invalid, and the call signs that were assigned to these amateur radio licenses will be free in the records of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, which is obliged to keep up-to-date records of issued amateur radio licenses and assigned call signs.
