The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services has adopted the Rulebook on the method of collection of data, maintenance, access and manner of use of database on the type, geographical (spatial) location and availability of all electronic communications network capacities and associated facilities, and of access to data that may be subject to shared use („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 12/25 of 7.2.2025), which came into force on 15 February 2025, and shall be applicable as of 1 May 2026.
