On February 20, 2025, Ratel hosted a session of Property and Investment Alliance, NALED’s professional working body. In his introductory speech, Dragan Pejović, Director of Ratel, briefly introduced the present associates and the regulatory activities of Ratel in the context of the implementation of the Law on Electronic Communications, with special emphasis on the by-laws whose application is related to the areas within which the Alliance actively operates.

In the follow-up of his presentation, he highlighted as particularly important the active participation of Ratel in the organization of the upcoming EXPO 2027, including the role of Ratel in the implementation of the public procurement procedure for the issuance of individual licenses for frequency bands allocated to 5G technology, as well as the regulatory innovations regarding dealing with complaints lodged by end-users for out-of-court dispute resolution between the end-user and the provider of publicly available electronic communications services, which have been in effect since January 1, 2025.

In the continuation of the session, representatives of NALED presented the results of research into the possibility of improving the procedures for issuing e(construction) permits, as well as the activities of the Alliance in the previous year, with finally adopting the Report on the Alliance work in 2024.

Ratel has been a member of NALED since 2019 and actively participates through its representatives in the work of two NALED working bodies: the Property and Investment Alliance and the e-Government Alliance.
