The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, at the proposal of RATEL, adopted the following rulebooks, which entered into force on October 26, 2024:

Rulebook on the method and requirements of assignment and use of numbers from the range starting with number 116 ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 83/24 of  October 18, 2024), prescribing the manner and conditions for assigning and using numbers from the range starting with the number 116.

Rulebook on the requirements for determining protection zones of electronic communications networks and associated assets, radio corridors and obligations of investors of works during the construction or reconstruction of facilities ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 83/24 of October 18, 2024), which prescribes in more detail the requirements for determining protective zones of electronic communications networks and associated assets, certain radio centers and radio stations, as well as along the radio corridor route, and obligations of investors in the construction or reconstruction of facilities. The provisions of this Rulebook do not apply to military facilities and military complexes.
