The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within the prescribed competences and deadlines, has adopted the Rulebook on ensuring the availability of certain electronic communications services and appropriate terminal equipment to end-users with disabilities ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 20 of 27 February 2025), which entered into force on March 15, 2025 and shall apply as of June 1, 2026. The aforementioned Rulebook stipulates in detail the specific obligations of service providers with regard to ensuring the availability of certain communications services, including the provision of universal service and appropriate terminal equipment to end-users with disabilities.
